Rose is a native Washingtonian.  She has lived here her whole life except for the two years it took her to get a degree from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in Denver, CO to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician.  Rose enjoys living the Bellingham lifestyle which includes: cooking, knitting, camping, hiking and riding her scooter around town. She has two cats, Lunchbox and Horatio, and a dog named Phephine (pronounced Ivan).
